Skills

Requirements

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years in marketing, including at least 3 years leading a team. You can name people who grew under you.
  • A doer's track record: you've personally written, built, launched and optimised campaigns, not only managed people who did.
  • Experience building marketing strategies and roadmaps from scratch, ideally across more than one brand or audience.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

  • Competitive salary that reflects your skills and experience.
  • Remote flexibility: work from anywhere, with a team that values balance and results.
  • Autonomy and ownership: no bureaucracy or micromanagement, just room to take initiative and own your work.
  • Growth and development: educational programs and support for your professional development.
  • Team events: team-building activities and opportunities to attend industry events.
  • Time off: paid holidays, vacation, personal days and sick leave.

The role

Are you an experienced marketing project manager who wants to join multicultural team? We are looking for a Marketing Project Lead who can grow alongside the project and reach new heights. You'll be part of a creative and friendly team in a people-oriented environment that values autonomy, results-driven thinking, and achieving business goals.

Brandbutter is part of CENTRO is a fully remote creative marketing agency partnering with ambitious brands to build awareness, relevance, and growth in fast-moving markets. We work across strategy, content, campaigns, and events, operating as an embedded partner rather than a task-based service provider.

About the role
You'll lead one of our two marketing cells, covering several brands across B2B fintech, adtech and creator programs. You'll own the marketing vision and roadmap for these brands and lead a team of designers and social media managers to deliver it.

What you'll do

This is a player-coach role, not a pure management one. You'll set direction and lead the team, but you'll also spend a large share of your time doing the work yourself: writing the strategy, building campaigns, drafting copy, setting up ads and building AI workflows. You'll report to the Director of Marketing.

What you'll do:

  • Set the vision. Define the marketing strategy for each brand in your cell, grounded in business goals, customer insight and data.
  • Build and run the roadmap. Turn quarterly OKRs into clear plans with priorities, owners and timelines, and make sure they ship.
  • Execute hands-on. Write briefs, copy and campaign plans. Launch and optimise paid campaigns. Build landing pages and reports. Produce first versions yourself instead of waiting on others.
  • Lead and grow the team. Coach designers and social media managers, delegate with clarity, give direct feedback and help people grow.
  • Make AI the default. Identify where AI and automation can speed up research, content production, reporting and campaign operations, build those workflows yourself and teach the team to use them.
  • Own the numbers. Track pipeline, lead quality, CPL, ROAS and engagement, and change course when something isn't working.
  • Work across the business. Partner with sales, product, tech and leadership, and present plans and results clearly and concisely.
