Graphic Design and Digital Marketing Technician

• Higher Vocational Training in Graphic Design, Marketing and Advertising, or related degrees.
Knowledge and experience
• Proficiency in graphic design tools: Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, or equivalents.
• Knowledge of web content management systems (CMS).
• Experience in content creation for LinkedIn and other digital marketing actions.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, or similar).
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• B2 level of English.
• Previous experience in similar positions will be valued.

At Certest Biotec, we are looking to hire a Graphic Design and Digital Marketing Technician for our Marketing department, due to a maternity leave replacement of approximately 6 months.
We are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive person with the ability to combine graphic design with content management and digital marketing tools.

• Design and development of marketing materials: creation, adaptation, and updating of catalogs, product sheets, corporate presentations, infographics, banners, and promotional materials for trade fairs and stands.
• Content and social media management: planning, creation, scheduling, and publishing of content on LinkedIn, collaborating in the management of the editorial calendar and ensuring alignment with the marketing strategy.
• Web administration and updating: maintenance and updating of website content, coordinating with external providers for necessary improvements, developments, and technical modifications.
• Support in email marketing and digital campaigns.
• SEO optimization and results analysis: basic web positioning actions through the optimization of content, metadata, internal links, and keywords; monitoring of indicators through analytical tools and data collection for performance reports.
• Operational CRM management: campaign administration, importation and segmentation of databases, identification and classification of lead generation sources, and monitoring of actions.
• Support to distributors: adaptation and supply of promotional and commercial materials, collaboration in joint campaigns, and content management for local marketing actions.
• Coordination of trade fairs and congresses.
• Operational support to the Marketing department: management of promotional material, coordination with providers, inventory control, administrative support via SAP, preparation of surveys, and collaboration in other cross-functional activities of the area.
