What you'll do
- Integral project management, from needs analysis and requirements definition to implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of results.
- Definition and optimization of business processes, as well as customer relationship management (CRM) and campaign automation.
- Coordination of initiatives between business and technology areas, ensuring alignment between functional objectives and implemented solutions.
- Development of actions oriented towards improving customer experience, operational efficiency, and generating value for the business.
- Use of digital collaboration, design, and management tools for the development of transformation projects.
