What we're looking for

- Minimum demonstrated experience of 3 years in a similar position, preferably in the Bridal Fashion Sector.

- Knowledge of dressmaking and pattern making, and experience in personalized sales management (Boutique) with excellent customer service.

- We are looking for people who are enthusiastic, resourceful, proactive, committed, and oriented toward offering excellent service.

- Sensitivity to the product and fashion.

The role

CLARÁ GROUP is looking for a Dressmaker to join its RC Oviedo Store.

What you'll do

- Monitor the progress of alterations, the placement of the same in the workshop, and

the performance of fittings.

- Offer support to the Advisors in the fitting room by controlling and checking the dresses received from headquarters, in order to guarantee the requirements of

quality standards.

- Control the schedule together with the Workshop Manager or Store Director to organize alterations on time.

- Advise the client on dress alterations and take in repairs, guaranteeing professional treatment and ensuring customer satisfaction.
