What we're looking for

Minimum demonstrated experience of 3 years in a similar position, preferably in the Bridal Fashion Sector.
Knowledge of dressmaking and pattern making, and experience in personalized sales management (Boutique) with excellent customer service.
We are looking for people who are enthusiastic, resourceful, proactive, committed, and oriented toward offering excellent service.
Sensitivity to product and fashion.

The role

The Rosa Clará store in Vigo is looking for a Dressmaker.

What you'll do

Carry out the follow-up of alterations, their placement in the workshop, and the performance of fittings.
Offer support to the Advisors in the fitting room, controlling and checking the dresses received from headquarters, in order to guarantee the established quality requirements.
Control the schedule together with the Workshop Manager or Store Manager to organize alterations on time.
Advise the customer on the performance of dress alterations and take measurements for adjustments, guaranteeing professional treatment and ensuring customer satisfaction.
