The role

At Rosa Clará, we are looking for a person with excellent communication skills and a high level of English, to join our Retail department as a Call Center Administrator. If you are passionate about data analysis, customer service, and organization, this is your opportunity.

What you'll do

Data entry and management.
Carrying out administrative procedures and documentation management.
Handle telephone inquiries.
Management of reception protocols.

How you'll work

Schedule from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 19:00, with one hour for lunch.
