The role

At Clarel, we are looking for people passionate about the world of beauty and personal care to join our store located at Calle CAPITAN BLANCO ARGIBAY 4 (Madrid) as Store Manager and to be part of Clarel's growth project.

Are you passionate about the world of beauty? Do you love advising everyone you know on personal care products? Then, this opportunity is for you! As a Beauty Advisor, you will play a key role in providing excellent service to our customers, carrying out the following duties:

What you'll do

Leadership: You will lead a team of sales associates, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Operations Management: You will oversee the day-to-day store operations, including sales analysis, inventory control, and KPI tracking.
Communication and Development: You will foster team development, communicate clear objectives, and establish effective action plans.
Personalized Customer Service: You will provide expert advice to customers, recommending products that perfectly meet their needs and building customer loyalty.
Efficient Management: You will implement management procedures that optimize store operations.
Store Maintenance: You will manage inventory and general store upkeep to ensure a welcoming and friendly environment. You will greet customers and assist them with their needs and purchases.
Informing them about the offers and discounts available to them.
Carrying out store management tasks: cash register, restocking, cleaning, and organizing the space.
