The role

Elevator Technician

What you'll do

Ensure that the facilities operate without setbacks, contributing to the optimal performance of the services.
Manage periodic inspections of the facilities and equipment to detect possible failures or breakdowns.
Perform preventive maintenance of the facilities and equipment to avoid breakdowns.
Keep and safeguard the maintenance logs, instruction manuals, the visitor log established by current legislation or those that may be established in the future; Record the operations carried out in the facilities and review those executed by personnel from companies external to the center.
Perform all the functions indicated for the technical services tradespeople, take direct responsibility for the work performed and its distribution, for the execution and fulfillment of the orders given by the company, and for receiving breakdown reports from the respective section managers.
Supervise that the personnel under their charge (if applicable) regularly fulfills their professional activity.
