Requirements
What we're looking for
- Student in the final year of Vocational Training, Degree, or Double Degrees in administration, economics, or similar, or having completed your training within the last year
- Verbal and written communication skills, ability to work in a team, desire to learn in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Availability to complete 6 months of internships under a university agreement.

What you'll do
- Submission and monitoring of tenders in SALESFORCE.
- Preparation of economic offers and automatic criteria, following tender annexes and economic studies.
- Submission of tenders on procurement platforms
- Monitoring of notifications on platforms regarding the tenders being worked on.
- Preparation of opening reports.
- Collection, and where applicable, submission of required documentation prior to the award
