The role

What you'll do

Coordinate and manage the team of area coordinators.
Supervise staff performance and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Prepare technical reports detailing the development of a specific service, as well as its assessment, whenever the City Council requires it.
Resolve conflicts and manage incidents that may arise during service delivery.
Conduct home visits deemed necessary in response to serious situations or incidents in the service.
Carry out regular evaluations and provide feedback to improve performance.
Manage billing and prepare reports.
