CMMS Maintenance Planner

- Essential experience of at least 3-5 years in a similar position within the HVAC, industrial, and energy sectors.
- Knowledge of CMMS systems, preferably PRISMA.
- The following training will be valued:

• Intermediate/Higher Degree in Refrigeration/Thermal and Fluid Installations/Mechanical/Electrical and/or similar.
• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and/or similar within the Industrial branch.

Veolia servicios Lecam, in its energy services division, needs to hire a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Maintenance Planning Technician in Tenerife.

Their main function will be to support the Maintenance Manager and the Specialty Supervisors in the planning and scheduling of maintenance, legal updates, the registration, deletion, and modification of assets, standards, and ranges, as well as the associations between these elements, the management of the databases on which these types of applications work, and the modifications, expansions, and replacements of the CMMS program (PRISMA).

Main responsibilities:

- Digitization of documents and uploading to the CMMS.
- Execution of the work order circuit.
- Management of aspects associated with the CMMS, as well as its conductive maintenance, incident resolution, preparation of activity reports, and collaboration in technical support tasks.
- Updating the inventory of infrastructures, installations, and equipment, as well as ranges/standards.
- Management and maintenance of devices such as PDAs, tablets, smartphones, or similar, as well as intermediation and control tasks in technical support.
- Collaboration in the preparation of maintenance activity reports and assistance to other areas.
- Updating equipment inventories and annexes of ranges and standards.
