What we're looking for

Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training Cycle in Electricity / Air Conditioning and Refrigeration / Refrigeration / Plumbing, depending on the service activity.
Working at height certificate / Use of aerial work platforms / RITE certification / High and low voltage training.

Joining a multidisciplinary team formed by integral maintenance operators. Experience in the field of any of the following installations is required to reinforce the existing team: • Thermal Installations and HVAC: Operation of boilers, chillers, heat pumps, and industrial air conditioning systems. • DHW and Potable Cold Water: Maintenance of Domestic Hot Water and Potable Cold Water networks, including the control of pressure groups, accumulators, and treatment systems. • Gas Installations: Maintenance and supervision of gas networks, burner ramps, and regulation and safety elements. • Electricity and Electronics: Intervention in electrical panels, automation systems, replacement of electronic components, and maintenance of lighting and power.

Nice to have

Knowledge of occupational health and safety, quality, and environmental matters is desirable.
Regulated Qualifications: We value being in possession of regulated training in Industrial Maintenance, Thermal Installations, or Electricity, or Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training Cycles in Electromechanical Maintenance, Refrigeration and Heating, or Electricity. • Professional Licenses: Possession of official licenses such as RITE (Thermal Installations in Buildings), Refrigeration Technician, Low Voltage Electrical Installer license, or Gas Installer license (categories A, B, or C) will be highly taken into account. • Masonry Knowledge: Ability to carry out small repairs derived from maintenance (masonry assistance, finishes, fixings). • Health and Safety: We value accredited training in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) specific to the metal or construction sector.

Schedule: Mainly from 6:00 to 14:30, Monday to Friday.

The role

What you'll do

Maintenance of thermal installations, diesel and gas systems, boilers, power distribution panels, and autonomous equipment. DHW tanks (water heaters, thermostats, etc.).
Electronic maintenance, security systems, and mechanical door opening systems.
Electrical maintenance (from the transformer center to the distribution panel).
Maintenance of fire suppression systems.
Maintenance of scanners and detection arches.
Wastewater treatment plant maintenance (cleaning, sludge centrifugation, and minor repairs).
