We are currently looking for a patient advisor to work in the clinic located in Vitoria.
What you'll do
You will be the person responsible for carrying out the following duties:
Active, professional, and caring patient reception.
Appointment and schedule management (scheduling appointments, rescheduling, monitoring daily activity, and coordinating with the healthcare team)
Handle telephone inquiries.
Administrative support and treatment planning:
Preparation and explanation of quotes.
Resolving questions with confidence and care.
Billing for services.
Close support throughout the patient's decision-making process
Scheduling and confirming surgical procedures
Active contribution to creating a warm, personalized, and trustworthy experience for patients.
