Requirements

What we're looking for

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut for editing and post-production.
Ability to create and edit content for social media, adapting to different formats, styles, and platforms.
Knowledge of recording with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, especially Sony cameras.
Basic knowledge of lighting and set assembly.
Knowledge of sound recording and editing.
Visual criteria and sensitivity for imagery, editing, and rhythm.
Ability to work quickly and adapt to different needs and formats.
Versatile and resourceful profile, capable of getting involved in different phases of a project.
Ability to work in a team, organize, and meet timings.
Proactivity and willingness to learn.
Showreel of previous work demonstrating experience.

That you are a fast, practical person with initiative. That you can receive a briefing in the morning, go out to record, return to the studio, and have a first edit ready by the afternoon.

We are not looking solely for someone who knows how to edit, but for a 360º audiovisual profile, with criteria, autonomy, and a desire to get things done.

The role

What you'll do

Recording of audiovisual content and pieces for social media.
Video editing and post-production.
Content creation in different formats: Reels, TikTok, Stories, advertising pieces, interviews, branded content, etc.
Equipment preparation and support during shoots.
Lighting and basic sound configuration.
Adaptation of pieces to different formats, durations, and platforms.
Participation in audiovisual projects from recording to final delivery.
