At Estudio34, a company specializing in Media and Search within the Good Rebels group, we are looking for a Paid Media Specialist Junior in Barcelona or Madrid to join our team. We are looking for a profile with experience in managing campaigns on digital platforms and a desire to continue growing in an innovative and collaborative environment.

If you have experience managing campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads and other platforms, you are passionate about data and optimization, and you enjoy working in a team to maximize results, we want to meet you.

• Manage, optimize, and scale campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Programmatic.
• Analyze campaign performance and generate detailed reports with proposals for improvement.
• Manage advertising budgets ensuring spending efficiency and KPI fulfillment.
• Coordination with internal teams (creativity, analytics, SEO, CRO) to ensure strategic alignment.
• Design Paid Media strategies aligned with the business objectives of top-tier clients.
• Acting as the point of contact with the client.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in Paid Media platforms and digital advertising.

• 2 years of experience managing Paid Media campaigns.
• Demonstrable experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Performance Max).
• Knowledge of conversion metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV).
• Ability to analyze data, extract insights, and apply optimizations.
• Good level of English.
• Client management and effective communication skills.
• Proactivity, analytical thinking, and results orientation.

• Experience in TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Native Ads, programmatic and/or DOOH.
• Proficiency in automation and reporting tools (Supermetrics, Looker Studio, GA4).
• Knowledge of audience strategies, attribution, and advanced measurement.
• Experience working in agency environments.

24k Euros gross / year

En Estudio34, compañía especializada en Medios y Search del grupo Good Rebels, estamos buscando un Paid Media Specialist Junior en Barcelona o Madrid para unirse a nuestro equipo. Buscamos un perfil con experiencia en la gestión de campañas en plataformas digitales y ganas de seguir creciendo en un entorno innovador y colaborativo.

Si tienes experiencia gestionando campañas en Google Ads, Meta Ads y otras plataformas, te apasionan los datos y la optimización, y disfrutas trabajando en equipo para maximizar resultados, queremos conocerte.

• Gestionar, optimizar y escalar campañas en plataformas como Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads y Programática.
• Analizar el rendimiento de las campañas y generar informes detallados con propuestas de mejora.
• Gestionar presupuestos publicitarios asegurando la eficiencia del gasto y el cumplimiento de KPIs.
• Coordinación con equipos internos (creatividad, analítica, SEO, CRO) para asegurar la alineación estratégica.
• Diseñar estrategias de Paid Media alineadas con los objetivos de negocio de clientes de primer nivel.
• Interlocución con cliente.
• Mantenerse actualizado sobre las últimas tendencias en plataformas Paid Media y publicidad digital.

• 2 años de experiencia gestionando campañas de Paid Media.
• Experiencia demostrable en Meta Ads y Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Performance Max).
• Conocimiento de métricas de conversión (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV).
• Habilidad para analizar datos, extraer insights y aplicar optimizaciones.
• Buen nivel de inglés.
• Capacidad de gestión de clientes y comunicación efectiva.
• Proactividad, pensamiento analítico y orientación a resultados.
