Requirements

What we're looking for

-5-7 years of experience in MuleSoft Platform Operations/Administration.

-Experience with Terraform, GitHub, and OpenShift.

-Argo CI/CD.

-API Security: OAuth and OpenID.

-Knowledge of AWS and Azure.

-Experience working with ITIL processes.

-English C1.

-Occasional availability for out-of-hours support and occasional travel.

Nice to have

-Flex Gateway, Linux, XML, XSD, WSDL, Java, JSON, Postman, SOAPUI, networking, firewalls, load balancers, and certificate management

The role

At Cobser Consulting, we are looking for a MuleSoft Platform Administrator L3 to join an international service, focused on the operation, support, and continuous improvement of integration platforms.

What you'll do

Important: we are looking for experience in platform operation, not solely API development.

-Administration and operation of MuleSoft in production environments.

-L3 support, incident resolution, and troubleshooting.

-Root cause analysis (RCA) and management of recurring problems.

-Support for deployments, releases, and production changes.

-Automation of operational tasks.

-Monitoring of availability, capacity, performance, and SLAs.

-Coordination with international teams and providers.
