What we're looking for

  • Experience: 5 to 7 years of expertise in MuleSoft platform management (Platform Operations focus, not API development).

  • Core Technical Stack

    • Terraform

    • GitHub

    • OpenShift

    • Argo CI/CD

    • Authentication & Authorization mechanisms (API security standards: OAuth, OpenID)

    • Foundational knowledge of AWS and Azure

    • ITIL Framework & Processes

  • Soft Skills: Technical communication, stakeholder management, influence management, and experience working in multicultural environments.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent relevant field.

Nice to have

  • Technical formats & protocols: XML, XSD, WSDL, WS-*, Java, JSON.

  • MuleSoft Omni Gateway (Flex Gateway) expertise.

  • Network fundamentals (Virtual IPs, firewalls, load balancers, etc.).

  • Certificate lifecycle management.

  • API Testing Tools: Postman, SOAPUI (User level).

  • Linux environments.

  • Knowledge of Silva.

Languages

English: C1 level (CEFR) minimum (required for working in an international environment).

The role

What you'll do

  • Daily Operations & Maintenance: Deliver daily L3 platform operational support, manage platform capacity, performance, scalability, and optimal resource utilization.

  • Incident & Support Management: Handle L2 escalated tickets, analyze and resolve incidents within defined SLA timelines, and perform initial Root Cause Analysis (RCA) with corrective action recommendations. Support major incidents and service restoration activities.

  • Automation & Improvement: Develop and maintain automation scripts for repetitive tasks, identify recurring issues, and drive continuous service improvements and risk mitigations.

  • Deployment & Documentation: Support deployment, release, and production change activities. Create and maintain operational documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and knowledge base articles.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Interface between internal and external providers in an international context, facilitating stakeholder engagement, workshops, and technical information synthesis.
