What we're looking for

The role

Contribute to the development and deployment of Quality, Food Safety, Culture, and Packaging initiatives, participating in the monitoring of key indicators, the investigation and resolution of incidents, as well as in continuous improvement projects aimed at guaranteeing the highest standards of quality and safety in our processes and products.

  • Perform the monitoring and analysis of Quality indicators, including MRFT (Manufacturing Right First Time) and Cost of Quality.
  • Participate in the investigation of quality and food safety incidents, contributing to the identification of root causes and the definition of action plans.
  • Provide support in the monitoring of corrective and preventive actions to guarantee the continuous improvement of processes.
  • Collaborate on projects related to Packaging and materials, participating in testing, validation, and the implementation of improvements.
  • Support quality culture and food safety initiatives, promoting good practices within the organization.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing the efficiency, quality, and sustainability of processes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive compliance with established quality and safety standards.
