The Opportunity
As Head of Secondary, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of students aged 11 to 18. You will lead talented teams, drive academic excellence, foster a culture of wellbeing and belonging, and help prepare young people for success in an increasingly interconnected world.

• A proven track record of successful leadership within secondary education.
• Significant experience in British and/or international school settings.
• A passion for delivering excellent outcomes for students both academically and personally.
• Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, coach and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience leading school improvement initiatives and driving educational innovation.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• A collaborative, resilient and values-led approach to leadership.
