Requirements

What we're looking for

  • A consulting or professional services background in enterprise MarTech or analytics, with strong expertise in Adobe CJA.
  • Delivered at least one reporting migration end to end
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (XDM, Identity Service, datasets, ingestion), Real-Time CDP and Adobe Journey Optimizer
  • Understanding of Web SDK, edge/server-side data collection, event-driven data layers (JSON) and Adobe Tags: enough to specify and review, not necessarily build
  • SQL skills, ideally with AEP Query Service.
  • Experience with consent management platforms (CMPs) and privacy-compliant data collection
  • Strong business-analysis skills and credibility with senior business stakeholders

Nice to have

  • Adobe Certified Expert - Customer Journey Analytics
  • Measuring personalisation and testing (Adobe Target / A4T) in CJA
  • Power BI, Tableau or Looker, including the CJA BI extension
  • Basic JavaScript for debugging data collection (browser dev tools, Adobe Experience Platform Debugger)

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

  • Permanent contract
  • 30 working days of vacation
  • Flexible working hours
  • Recognition bonus system
  • Private health insurance
  • Apple work equipment
  • WFH equipment + welcome package
  • WFH monthly expenses compensation
  • Access to different courses
  • Adobe certification
  • Sponsored gym membership
  • Tax-free benefits (ticket restaurant, kindergarten and transport)

The role

You are the subject-matter expert for Adobe Customer Journey Analytics on our client engagements. You turn business questions into a working CJA setup, covering everything from the data that flows into Adobe Experience Platform to the reports stakeholders use to make decisions. You work between marketing, analytics and engineering teams, and you are the analytics counterpart to Real-Time CDP and Adobe Journey Optimizer.

What you'll do

  • Gather, challenge and specify reporting requirements with business stakeholders, including those who describe outcomes rather than data, and translate them into KPIs, dimensions and metrics.
  • Design CJA solutions and make sure XDM schemas and identity design support them, including downstream BI consumption.
  • Moderate workshops and own the technical documentation of CJA integration and reporting designs.
  • Configure connections, datasets, identity selection and stitching.
  • Build data views, dimensions, metrics, derived fields, filters, calculated metrics and attribution models, plus the Analysis Workspace projects and dashboards on top of them.
  • Lead reporting migrations (e.g. Adobe Analytics to CJA, or a change of reporting identity), and decide with the business what is restated, annotated, rebuilt or accepted as a break in history.
  • Work with engineering teams on Web SDK implementations, data layer specifications and Adobe Tags, so that collected data is complete, accurate and fit for analysis.
  • Validate ingestion and reported numbers independently, and support QA, UAT and troubleshooting across the Adobe Experience Cloud stack.
  • Make sure measurement respects consent signals and privacy regulation (e.g. GDPR), applying AEP data governance (labels, policies, enforcement) and privacy techniques such as pseudonymisation.
  • Train and mentor client and internal teams on CJA best practice.
  • Assess new CJA features against client needs and raise product gaps with Adobe.
