Requirements

What we're looking for

Experience in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
Experience working with datasets, datastreams, audiences, and destinations.
Knowledge of XDM schemas and data ingestion processes.
Experience in Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
Configuration of Connections, Data Views, and dashboards in CJA.
Knowledge of the digital data lifecycle, from capture to analytical exploitation.

The role

At Accenture Song, we combine strategy, creativity, data, and technology to help our clients transform how they relate to their users and generate value through innovative digital experiences.

Within our Data Tech team, we work on the implementation and evolution of Customer Data Platforms (CDP) solutions, data activation, and digital analytics, using leading technologies such as Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and RT-CDP.

We are looking for a person with experience in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), capable of understanding how digital data is captured, processed, and activated within the Adobe ecosystem, from ingestion and modeling to audience building, reporting, and dashboards.

What you'll do

Manage datasets and datastreams in Adobe Experience Platform.
Design and maintain audiences in AEP.
Configure and manage destinations.
Design and maintain XDM schemas.
Manage data ingestion processes via Web SDK and batch loads.
Understand and validate data processing within Adobe Experience Platform.
Implement Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) solutions with online and offline data.
Configure Connections, Data Views, and variables in CJA.
Design dashboards and reports for the business.
Monitor processes, flows, and data quality.
Collaborate with business, data, and technology teams to ensure correct exploitation of information.
Prepare functional and technical documentation.
