What we're looking for

At Vilaplana Catering, a benchmark company in the catering and exclusive event organization sector, we are looking for a dynamic, organized Event Staff Manager with a clear orientation toward service excellence.

What you'll do

• Planning and sizing: Establishing staff teams based on the characteristics, volume, and typology of each event.

• Recruitment and selection: Participating in the sourcing, interviewing, and hiring of floor and bar staff (both permanent and relief/extras).

• Administrative management: Controlling schedules, signing contracts, managing Social Security registrations/deregistrations, and preparing rosters and incentives.

• Training: Conducting pre-event briefings and continuous training for staff on floor service, customer service, and safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP).
