Industrial Engineer for Comprehensive Building Maintenance - BARCELONA

- Coordinate and plan the execution of maintenance.

- Manage and verify the preparation of technical and follow-up reports.

- Coordinate the preparation of budgets.

- Delivery of reports and budgets.

You are the ideal person if you bring…

-Degree in engineering, preferably industrial with an electrical or mechanical specialty.

-At least 3 years of experience in maintenance and management of service contracts, ideally in companies in the same sector.

-Knowledge of current regulations (RITE, RBT, RAT, PCI...).

- Service vocation.

We want to add an Industrial Engineer with an Electrical and/or Mechanical specialty to the team to perform tasks in the management of comprehensive maintenance contracts for both public and private buildings in the province of Barcelona. The mission of the position is the control and organization of the correct functioning of the comprehensive maintenance of the facilities for complete customer satisfaction.

Eres la persona ideal si aportas….

La misión de la posición es el control y la organización del correcto funcionamiento del mantenimiento integral de las instalaciones para la completa satisfacción del cliente.
