- Manage the assigned production purchases, based on the needs previously established in the purchasing plan for the active construction projects: from the start of the request for quotes (with prior preparation of the necessary documentation), to the formalization of the contract. 

- Strategic analysis and search for new suppliers in the categories for which they are responsible.

- Ensuring compliance with the Group's Purchasing Procedure.

- Monitoring KPIs and evaluating suppliers.

You are the ideal person if you bring…

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the production/purchasing department within the sector.

- Extensive prior knowledge of building works

- Degree in Technical Architecture or Technical Engineering in Public Works or Civil Engineering.

- Gestionar las compras de producción asignadas, en base a las necesidades preestablecida previamente en el plan de compras de el/los proyectos de construcción activos: desde el inicio de solicitud de ofertas (con preparación previa de la documentación necesaria), hasta la formalización del contrato. 

- Análisis estratégico y búsqueda de nuevos proveedores de las categorías en las que es responsable.

- Garantizar el cumplimiento del Procedimiento de Compras del Grupo.

- Seguimiento de KPIS y evaluación de proveedores.

Eres la persona ideal si aportas….

-Mínimo 3-5 años de experiencia en Dpto. de producción/compras dentro del sector.

-Amplio conocimiento previo en obras de edificación

-Titulación en Arquitectura técnica o Ingeniería Técnica de Obras Pública o Ingeniería de Caminos Canales Puertos.
