- Coordinate and supervise the correct execution of the works, with the material, equipment, and personnel resources established by the JOB ORDER.
- Carry out the measurement of the work executed during the month.
- Monitor the project schedule, ensuring the planned deadlines, quality, and costs are met.
- Ensure the implementation and compliance of prevention and safety measures, together with the prevention technician, to guarantee the execution of the health and safety plan.
- Supervise the work team, both direct company personnel and subcontractors, to ensure the achievement of objectives.
- Monitor suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the correct execution of the work.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Civil and Structural Engineering, or similar.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil/railway construction production management.
- Driver's license.
