WHAT DO WE REQUIRE?

- Valid ADIF Certification is essential in aluminothermic rail welding.

- Minimum of two years of experience in track work (maintenance, assembly, or renovation).

- Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training (FP) in Welding is valued.

- Knowledge of railway technical regulations and track safety.

- Ability for national geographic mobility.

- Ability to work night shifts.

We are currently looking for an ALUMINOTHERMIC RAIL WELDER to work in Madrid.

MAIN FUNCTIONS:

- Execution of aluminothermic rail welds according to approved procedures.

- Preparation, alignment, and dimensional control of the rails before welding.

- Assembly and disassembly of molds, temperature control, and pouring of molten steel.

- Sanding, grinding, and finishing of welds, ensuring the continuity of the rail profile.

- Quality verification and recording of welds in accordance with ADIF standards.

- Strict compliance with safety protocols in track areas.
