- Supervise and control the different accounting processes, review balances and ledgers, and carry out all necessary actions to identify and resolve issues and ensure the correct entry of accounting records.

- Reconcile commercial and financial balances among the different companies within the Corporation's scope.

- Prepare reports on the accounting balances of the managed companies to facilitate control, review, and analysis by the person in charge.

- Collaborate in gathering and providing the information required by external auditors for the preparation of the annual financial statements.

- Maintain and control the general ledger accounts and balance sheet structures.

- Prepare the financial statements of each company and ensure their correct preparation in accordance with the accounting and commercial requirements established for filing with the Commercial Registry.

- Carry out the tasks in which their participation is required.

We are looking to add a/an ACCOUNTING TECHNICIAN to the team in Barcelona.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, a Higher-Level Vocational Training qualification, or similar.

- Demonstrable experience of 1-2 years in similar tasks.

- Knowledge of Excel.

- SAP user-level knowledge is valued.

- Previous experience in auditing is valued.

- Good teamwork skills.

- Ability to learn, ease in acquiring new knowledge, and ability to apply it.

- Proactivity in offering new points of view or improvements for the tasks and projects in which they participate within the department.

- Dynamism, ability to interact with various stakeholders within the framework of the company's internal relations.

- Knowledge based on the preparation and presentation of annual financial statements.

- Supervisar y controlar los diferentes procesos contables, revisar balances y mayores y ejecutar toda clase de acciones necesarias en orden a identificar y resolver incidencias y garantizar la correcta introducción de los registros contables.

- Conciliación de los saldos comerciales y financieros entre las diferentes sociedades que entran dentro del perímetro de la Corporación.

- Preparación de informes en materia de saldos contables de las sociedades administradas para facilitar el control, revisión y análisis por parte del responsable.

- Colaborar en la recopilación y la información requerida por los auditores externos para la elaboración de las CCAA.

- Mantener y controlar los maestros de cuentas de mayor y estructuras de balances.

- Preparar los estados contables de cada compañía y garantizar su correcta elaboración en orden a cumplir los requisitos contables y mercantiles establecidos para su presentación ante el Registro Mercantil correspondiente.

- Ejecutar las tareas en las que sea requerida su participación.

Queremos sumar al equipo un/a TÉCNICO/A CONTABLE en Barcelona.

Eres la persona ideal si aportas….

-Licenciatura ADE, Empresariales, Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior o similar.

- Experiencia demostrable de 1-2 años en tareas similares.

- Conocimientos de Excel.

- Valorable conocimientos de SAP a nivel usuario.

-Valorable experiencia previa en auditoría

- Buenas competencias en el trabajo en equipo.

- Capacidad de aprendizaje, facilidad de adquirir nuevos conocimientos y saber aplicarlos.

- Proactividad para ofrecer nuevos puntos de vista o mejoras para las tareas y proyectos en los que participe dentro del departamento.

- Dinamismo, capacidad para desenvolverse con los diversos interlocutores en el marco de las relaciones internas de la propia empresa.

- Conocimientos en base a elaboración y presentación de Cuentas Anuales.
