Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, a Higher-Level Vocational Training qualification, or similar.
  • Demonstrable experience of 1-2 years in similar tasks.
  • Knowledge of Excel.
  • Good teamwork skills.
  • Ability to learn, ease in acquiring new knowledge, and ability to apply it.
  • Proactivity in offering new points of view or improvements for the tasks and projects in which they participate within the department.
  • Dynamism, ability to interact with various stakeholders within the framework of the company's internal relations.
  • Knowledge based on the preparation and presentation of annual financial statements.

What you'll do

  • Supervise and control the different accounting processes, review balances and ledgers, and carry out all necessary actions to identify and resolve issues and ensure the correct entry of accounting records.
  • Reconcile commercial and financial balances among the different companies within the Corporation's scope.
  • Prepare reports on the accounting balances of the managed companies to facilitate control, review, and analysis by the person in charge.
  • Collaborate in gathering and providing the information required by external auditors for the preparation of the annual financial statements.
  • Maintain and control the general ledger accounts and balance sheet structures.
  • Prepare the financial statements of each company and ensure their correct preparation in accordance with the accounting and commercial requirements established for filing with the Commercial Registry.
  • Carry out the tasks in which their participation is required.
