What you'll do

-Manage and follow up on administrative personnel procedures (social security contributions, IRPF, etc.).

-Plan and execute the payroll process, including calculation, settlement, and report generation.

-Coordinate with on-site personnel to review and correct data, ensuring timely payroll payment.

-Manage documentation with public agencies, represent the company in labor inspections and trials, and coordinate medical examinations.

-Participate in the monthly HR accounting close and verify the correct allocation of payments.

-Advise on hiring, payroll, and labor legislation matters.

-Deliver labor and onboarding documentation for new hires, and collaborate on HR projects.
