What we're looking for

We are looking for professionals with a degree in Technical Architecture or Building Construction who want to consolidate their career in a demanding environment. If you meet most of these requirements but not all, we encourage you to submit your application.

University degree in Building Surveying, Technical Architecture, or a Degree in Building Construction.
Proficiency in measurement software and technical design tools common in the sector.

The role

ConfiARTE is collaborating with a reference architecture studio in Málaga to hire a junior building surveyor. This stable position offers an indefinite contract of 40 hours per week and a 3-month probationary period, operating on-site in Málaga.

What you'll do

You will be responsible for the technical management and monitoring of building projects, coordinating the different trades on-site and controlling execution according to the plans and current regulations.

Supervise the material execution of projects and ensure compliance with the studio's quality standards.
Periodically control measurements, budgets, and site certifications.
Manage the relationship with suppliers and contractors to guarantee established deadlines.

Your first months at the studio

During your first months at the studio, you will familiarize yourself with ongoing projects alongside the technical team, progressively assuming control of worksites and supplier management. You will have 22 working days of vacation per year for your rest from the start.
