Technical Architect - Quantity Surveyor | Airport Projects

At AERTEC, we want to incorporate a Technical Architect, Building Engineer, or Quantity Surveyor into our Architecture team, with experience in the technical development of building projects, preferably of a unique nature and high technical complexity.

We are looking for a person with solid knowledge of construction systems, measurements, budgets, and technical documentation, capable of integrating into multidisciplinary teams and contributing to the development of architecture and engineering projects in national and international environments.

• Development and definition of technical and constructive solutions in building projects.

• Preparation and review of measurements, budgets, and project cost estimates.

• Drafting of technical specifications, tender documents, and associated technical documentation.

• Analysis and definition of materials, construction systems, and work units.

• Review of graphic and technical documentation to ensure consistency between design, measurements, and budget.

• Technical coordination with other architecture and engineering disciplines to ensure the correct integration of constructive solutions.

• Participation in the various phases of drafting and technical development of projects, both national and international.

• Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related technical degrees.

• Experience in the technical development of building projects, especially in measurements, budgets, specifications, and constructive definition.

• Solid knowledge of materials, construction systems, execution processes, and technical documentation.

• Proficiency in IT tools for measurements, budgets, and project documentation.

• Capacity for technical analysis, organization, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

• Availability to travel and participate in national and international projects.

• Experience in unique building projects or those of high technical complexity.

• Knowledge of BIM methodology, especially in the extraction of measurements and management of model information.

• Proficiency in specialized software such as Presto, Arquímedes, CostX, Autodesk Revit, Navisworks or other tools for measurements, budgets, and BIM coordination.

• Familiarity with international measurement standards and frameworks.

• Experience in the preparation of technical documentation and specifications for international projects.

• Good level of technical English, both written and spoken, and knowledge of other languages.

• Experience working in collaborative environments and international multidisciplinary teams.
