What we're looking for

A person with proper training, a clear customer service orientation, and a proactive attitude. Someone who is friendly, empathetic, and positive.

We will value previous experience in retail or in the large-scale distribution sector.

Good presentation and diction, customer service, dynamism, tenacity, and organizational skills.

Availability to work part-time from Monday to Saturday and on Sundays/holidays established by each Autonomous Community is essential, respecting the weekly rest established in the department store collective agreement

The role

Reporting to the department management, we are looking for a colleague for the position of SALES ASSISTANT on a 24H part-time basis for our store in Las Chafiras (Canary Islands).

What you'll do

Among your main duties, the following stand out:

- Resolving incidents.

- Maintaining the department in optimal condition in terms of presentation and appearance.

- Ensuring an adequate product presence in the department.

- Managing day-to-day offers and promotions.

- Achieving the budgeted sales targets.

- Providing general support to the store.
