The role

At Panamar Bakery Group, we continue to grow. We are a leading industrial group in the manufacture and distribution of frozen doughs, with more than 2,700 people and 10 production plants supplying the main large-scale retail operators nationally and internationally.

With the recent opening of our new production center in Puçol, equipped with state-of-the-art automatic lines, we reinforce our commitment to efficiency, sustainability, and continuous improvement. For this project, we are looking to hire a Line Leader, a key figure to guarantee the smooth running of production and the quality of our products.

You will be the person responsible for coordinating and controlling the production process of the lines under your charge, ensuring that safety, quality, and productivity standards are met, and leading the team in a demanding and dynamic industrial environment.

What you'll do

  • Supervise and control the production process of the assigned lines.
  • Authorize the use of the line from the perspective of Food Safety and Personnel Safety.
  • Adjust and control the production line according to the manufacturing orders.
  • Apply and control the kneading and fermentation parameters.
  • Coordinate with the packaging manager to ensure the final product parameters.
  • Manage available resources, guaranteeing quality, productivity, and food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Resolve operational breakdowns on the lines under your charge and collaborate in autonomous maintenance.
  • Ensure order, cleanliness, and compliance with internal procedures.
  • Lead and coordinate team members, fostering a good working atmosphere and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • University degree in engineering/Higher Vocational Training, preferably in electromechanics, maintenance, or branches related to food.
  • Previous experience in the food industry in a similar position, managing the production line comprehensively.
  • Experience in:
    • People and team management.
    • Product control and manufacturing orders.
    • Organization, order, and cleanliness.
    • Availability to work in rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night).
    • Own vehicle to access the workplace.
    • Residency in L’Horta Nord or surroundings is valued.
