IT Internship: Innovation

JOB DESCRIPTION

The intern will be part of Cuatrecasas Innova, Cuatrecasas' open innovation ecosystem, and will learn first-hand how a major international firm drives innovation, works with tech startups, analyzes emerging trends, and develops initiatives linked to entrepreneurship, technology, and business transformation. The selected candidate will actively participate in open innovation projects, opportunity analysis, trend identification, and the development of strategic initiatives, gaining a cross-functional view of the entrepreneurial, technological, and investment ecosystem.

DUTIES

• Support and assistance in the department's various programs, including, among other aspects, startup acceleration.
  
• Attendance at events in the field of Innovation
  
• Analysis and identification of opportunities through startups (Business development)
  
• Collaboration in the management and development of Cuatrecasas Innova programs and initiatives, including Cuatrecasas Acelera, Cuatrecasas' startup acceleration program.
  
• Support in identifying, analyzing, and monitoring startups, emerging technologies, and new business models.
  
• Participation in scouting activities, opportunity assessment, and preparation of market and innovation analyses.
  
• Attendance at events, meetings, and activities related to the entrepreneurial, technological, and innovation ecosystem.
  
• Collaboration in organizing innovation sessions, initiatives, workshops, and other activities aimed at startups, experts, and the ecosystem.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Student of the Double Degree in Law and Business Administration / Law / Business Administration.
  
• Interest in the business, entrepreneurship, and innovation sphere. Interest in entrepreneurship, innovation, technology, and new business models.
  
• Interest in learning how the startup ecosystem works and the technological trends transforming different sectors.
  
• English level: B2 or higher.

• Curious person, with drive, motivation, and initiative.
  
• Curiosity and analytical skills. Eagerness to seek, learn, and understand.
  
• Communication skills and teamwork.
  
• Interest in identifying opportunities and understanding new business models.
  
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
• Dynamic, proactive attitude oriented toward continuous learning.

La persona en prácticas formará parte de Cuatrecasas Innova, el ecosistema de innovación abierta de Cuatrecasas, y conocer de primera mano cómo una gran firma internacional impulsa la innovación, trabaja con startups tecnológicas, analiza tendencias emergentes y desarrolla iniciativas vinculadas al emprendimiento, la tecnología y la transformación de los negocios. La persona seleccionada participará activamente en proyectos de innovación abierta, análisis de oportunidades, identificación de tendencias y desarrollo de iniciativas estratégicas, obteniendo una visión transversal del ecosistema emprendedor, tecnológico y de inversión.

DUTIES

• Acompañamiento y soporte en los diferentes programas del departamento, relativos, entre otros aspectos, a la aceleración de start-ups.
  
• Asistencia a eventos en el ámbito de la Innovación
  
• Análisis y detección oportunidades a través de start-ups (Desarrollo de negocio)
  
• Colaboración en la gestión y desarrollo de los programas e iniciativas de Cuatrecasas Innova, incluyendo Cuatrecasas Acelera, el programa de aceleración de startups de Cuatrecasas.
  
• Apoyo en la identificación, análisis y seguimiento de startups, tecnologías emergentes y nuevos modelos de negocio.
  
• Participación en actividades de scouting, evaluación de oportunidades y elaboración de análisis de mercado e innovación.
  
• Asistencia a eventos, encuentros y actividades vinculadas al ecosistema emprendedor, tecnológico y de innovación.
  
• Colaboración en la organización de sesiones de innovación, iniciativas, workshops y otras iniciativas dirigidas a startups, expertos y ecosistema.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Estudiante del Doble Grado Derecho y ADE / Derecho / ADE.
  
• Inquietud por el ámbito empresarial, de emprendimiento e innovación. Interés por el emprendimiento, la innovación, la tecnología y los nuevos modelos de negocio.
  
• Inquietudes por conocer el funcionamiento del ecosistema startup y las tendencias tecnológicas que están transformando distintos sectores.
  
• Nivel Inglés: B2 o superior.

• Persona inquieta, con ganas, motivación e iniciativa.
  
• Curiosidad y capacidad de análisis. por las cosas, ganas de buscar, saber y conocer.
  
• Habilidades de comunicación y Ttrabajo en equipo.
  
• Interés por identificar oportunidades y comprender nuevos modelos de negocio.
