Senior Corporate Compliance Specialist (In-House)

At Cuatrecasas, we are looking for a Corporate Compliance Senior Specialist to strengthen our in-house Corporate Compliance team in Barcelona. We are seeking professionals with more than 6 years of experience in the development and management of compliance programs.
We are looking for a highly motivated professional with a passion for corporate ethics, compliance, and sustainability. The ideal candidate will be proactive, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, possess strong communication and teamwork skills, and demonstrate a structured and organized approach to work.

The main functions are:

• The main responsibilities of the role include:
• Participating in the design, implementation, and maintenance of compliance programs.
  Preparing and updating risk maps and risk and control matrices.
• Monitoring and updating applicable legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Drafting, reviewing, and updating internal policies and procedures to ensure compliancewith current regulations.
• Developing and delivering compliance and ethics training and awareness programs.
• Participating in internal investigations arising from reports submitted through the Ethics Channel and requests from management bodies and committees.
• Designing and conducting periodic monitoring activities to identify compliance risks and potential deficiencies in the design and execution of internal controls.
• Preparing reports and documentation related to regulatory compliance.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure integrity and transparency across all operations.
• Maintaining compliance databases and records.
