What you'll do

DUTIES

We are seeking to hire a person with initiative, the ability to multitask, and strong communication, organizational and IT skills.

The functions include:

Client reception and visitor management
Care of the reception area
Order and replacement of material for meeting rooms
Answering internal and external calls
Dealing with requests for information from in-house clients
Reservation of meeting rooms
