What you'll do

DUTIES

We are seeking to hire a person with initiative, the ability to multitask, and strong communication, organizational and IT skills.

The functions include:

Processing client identification for registration in our systems
Opening cases and clients in SAP
Invoice processing
Data collection for reporting to auditors
Managing possible conflicts of interest
Managing documentation for the approval of advisory services subject to AML regulations
Managing scheduling and organizing meetings and travel
Preparing documents and presentations
Handling phone calls and messages
Supporting event planning
