About the role:

What you'll do

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Sales Associate who delivers an excellent in-store customer experience while meeting established goals and KPIs. Effectively sell shoes and accessories by providing the right Clarks styles. Support the daily maintenance of high store standards both on the sales floor and in the back of house.

Consistently deliver a great brand experience, including using technology to enhance the customer experience and staying up to date with product knowledge.

Support the achievement of key store KPIs by driving sales to meet targets set by the Store Management team.

Maintain the sales floor and back of house to uphold high brand and visual merchandising standards.

Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenish stock as needed.

How you'll work

Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and holidays. Follow cash handling and security procedures according to company standards.
