WHAT WILL YOUR MISSION BE? 🕵🏻

You will report to the Warehouse Manager and will be part of the Management Committee to support our ambitious expansion project across different locations nationwide.

You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and driving results in your department by motivating your team, meeting commitments to customers regarding price, stock, and purchasing efficiency.

YOU ARE A KEY PIECE OF THE TEAM! 🔧

Your duties will be

  • Select, develop, motivate, and lead the people on your team, in line with the company's values.

  • Ensure the health and safety conditions of your team, setting an example in the application of legal regulations.

  • Adapt, plan, and carry out commercial actions in accordance with the Commercial and Warehouse Policy, applying and adapting the layout logic of the department's product families.

  • Boost sales, ensure customer welcome and service by the team, and monitor the competition.

  • Manage the supply of your department and ensure proper stock rotation.
