What we're looking for

Training: Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Mechatronics or similar.
Knowledge in the mechanical field, especially in assembly, maintenance, and diagnosis.
Ability to use English in the work environment.
Willingness to travel.
Autonomy, rigor, teamwork skills, and a results-oriented way of working.
Formación: Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior en Mecatrónica o similar.
Conocimientos en el ámbito mecánico, especialmente en montaje, mantenimiento y diagnóstico.
Capacidad para desenvolverse en inglés en un entorno profesional.
Availability to travel.

The role

They are the operational person responsible for carrying out the mechanical operations necessary to provide the service requested at Danobat and at the customer's site (general Hotline, preventive maintenance, and upgrade) in terms of safety and ergonomics, quality, cost, and deadline. Integrating health and safety into all mechanical interventions, guaranteeing safe practices during diagnosis, maintenance, and repair, both in the plant and at the customer's site.

Es el responsable operativo de ejecutar las operaciones mecánicas necesarias para dar el servicio (Hotline generalista, mantenimiento preventivo y upgrade) requerido en Danobat y en casa del cliente en términos de seguridad y ergonomía, calidad, coste y plazo. Integrar la seguridad y salud en todas las intervenciones mecánicas, garantizando prácticas seguras durante el diagnóstico, mantenimiento y reparación tanto en planta como en casa del cliente.

What you'll do

Performing mechanical interventions in the machine-tool field at the customer's site: installation, diagnosis, maintenance, and repair.
Identifying technical incidents, analyzing them, and proposing the appropriate solution.
Preparing, executing, and documenting the service, meeting safety, quality, cost, and deadline criteria.
Identifying and proposing opportunities to improve the product and service processes.
Realizar intervenciones mecánicas en máquina-herramienta en las instalaciones del cliente: instalación, diagnóstico, mantenimiento y reparación.
Identificar y analizar incidencias técnicas, proponiendo la solución más adecuada.
Preparar, ejecutar y documentar el servicio, cumpliendo los criterios de seguridad, calidad, coste y plazo.
Identificar y proponer mejoras relacionadas con el producto y los procesos de servicio.
