Requirements
What we're looking for
- Minimum Higher Degree training in Automotive, Electromechanics, or similar.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position in an automotive workshop.
- Residence close to the workplace.

QUADIS, the largest network of official dealerships and workshops in Spain, needs to incorporate a MECHANIC - SERVICE ADVISOR at Byd, located in Castellón de la Plana.
As a company dedicated to direct customer service, we bet on people as a differentiating element. Therefore, we are looking for versatile people, with a clear orientation toward the customer, organizational capacity, and autonomy to manage both technical workshop tasks and administrative and customer service tasks.
What you'll do
• Perform basic preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance operations, as well as small repairs.
• Attend to and advise customers, identifying their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
• Manage vehicle reception and the opening and follow-up of work orders.
• Receive materials and spare parts, check orders, and manage their correct organization.
• Prepare quotes and manage the administrative documentation related to repairs and after-sales services.
• Follow up on interventions and keep the customer informed about the status of the work.
• Comprehensively manage after-sales activities, combining workshop, customer service, and administrative tasks.
How you'll work
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, with a split shift.
