Qualifications

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or any related field
• Proficiency in English (mandatory) and Spanish (nice to have)
• Business acumen and passion for end-to-end project management
• Critical reasoning
• Capability of bridging analytical and communication skills for added-value impact
• Comfortable in tracking/reporting on KPIs
• Consumer understanding skills
• Expertise with Office - Google docs/sheets/slides
• Expertise in SQL (nice to have)
• Hands-on attitude. You’ll have to roll up your sleeves!

YOUR MISSION
Glovo is looking for a talented and ambitious Growth trainee, to have a key role in the Spain Growth team. Are you looking for a challenging experience in one of the fastest growing Startups in Europe? Do you want to contribute building a product that will disrupt the On demand market?
THE JOURNEY

• Support the implementation of local Marketing activations, collaborating with cross-functional teams (CRM, Design, Digital, Accounts) on activities such as promotional campaigns (promo creation / auditing, creative asset requests, partners selection) and performance marketing.
• Keep updated the activity grid with info regarding planned activations, new city launches, partner ranking.
• Monitor competitive landscape and collect relevant insights to help the Growth & Marketing Team to craft the country marketing strategy.
• Support on ad-hoc analyses and projects based on business needs as identified by local and global Marketing Team.
