Cloud Observability Engineer

We are looking for professionals with at least 3 years of experience in observability/monitoring operations in cloud and hybrid environments (AWS/Azure/GCP and on-prem), with a focus on automation and AIOps/NoOps.

• Operate and provide L2/L3 support for platforms (Dynatrace/Datadog/Zabbix and similar) and execute troubleshooting tasks and incident resolution.
• Design/operate telemetry pipelines (metrics, logs, traces, OpenTelemetry) and synthetics (HTTP/API/network).
• Define alerts, dashboards, workflows, and runbooks. Desirable knowledge in self-healing orchestration (Lambda/Azure Functions/RunCommand/Webhooks).
• Integration with ITSM (ServiceNow/Jira): creation/update/closure of tickets and enrichment (CI/impact/priority).
• War-rooms, post-mortems, and continuous improvement. Availability for shifts and on-call duties.

• Desirable knowledge in scripting (Python/Bash) and CI/CD (GitLab/GitHub/Azure DevOps).
• Desirable knowledge in Kubernetes (EKS/AKS; Helm/DaemonSet), Ansible, Splunk (HEC), integrations (CrowdStrike/Nozomi).
• Desirable knowledge in AIOps (anomalies, correlation, noise reduction) and NoOps (monitors-as-code, autodiscovery, guardrails).

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent.
• Certifications: Dynatrace/Datadog. Desirable Associate certification in any of the cloud vendors AWS/Azure/GCP and Terraform (Associate 003).

• Advanced English (able to maintain fluent communication with international teams (C1).

• Integración con ITSM (ServiceNow/Jira): creación/actualización/cierre de tickets y enriquecimiento (CI/impacto/prioridad).
• War-rooms, post-mortems y mejora continua. Disponibilidad para realizar turnos y guardias on-call.

• Deseable conocimiento en scripting (Python/Bash) y CI/CD (GitLab/GitHub/Azure DevOps).
• Deseable conocimiento en Kubernetes (EKS/AKS; Helm/DaemonSet), Ansible, Splunk (HEC), integraciones (CrowdStrike/Nozomi).
• Deseable conocimiento en AIOps (anomalías, correlación, reducción de ruido) y NoOps (monitors-as-code, autodiscovery, guardrails).

• Titulación en Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones o equivalente.
• Certificaciones: Dynatrace/Datadog. Deseable certificación Associate de entre los diferentes cloud vendor AWS/Azure/GCP y de Terraform (Associate 003).

• Inglés avanzado (capaz de mantener comunicación fluida con equipos internacionales (C1).
