We are looking for a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a willingness to work in a team to join us as a Consultant in the Conflict Check area within Risk & Reputation.
What you'll do
- You will participate in the implementation of solutions and automations in the Department's processes, in the extraction and management of information from different databases, and in data analysis (using Excel, Python, Power Query, Power BI, Sharepoint, PowerAutomate, and other tools).
- You will provide support in the identification and creation of KPIs, as well as in the production of reports and dashboards.
- You will provide support to the business lines in client acceptance procedures and service opportunities through the management of received conflict checks.
- You will maintain communication with the engagement teams to resolve doubts and inquiries, under appropriate supervision.
