At PAYCOMET, we are looking for an IT Compliance Specialist to join our offices in Madrid.
Your main mission will be to guarantee the correct implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of regulatory and security compliance in the IT field, ensuring the translation of regulatory requirements into effective, traceable, and auditable technical controls, minimizing operational and regulatory risks.

What you'll do
- Implement and monitor applicable regulations (DORA, PCI DSS, PCI PIN, ISO 27001, etc.).
- Translate regulatory requirements into concrete and operational technical controls.
- Monitor regulatory changes and propose adaptations in IT systems and processes.
- Prepare, maintain, and centralize documentation and evidence for internal and external audits.
- Coordinate PCI audits (PCI DSS and PCI PIN) and follow up on findings.
- Guarantee full traceability of controls, tests, and regulatory evidence.
- Identify vulnerabilities in systems, processes, and applications.
- Define and supervise remediation plans and risk controls.
- Monitor vulnerabilities, remediation SLAs, and resolution times.
- Monitoring of global compliance with regulatory frameworks.
- Monitoring of non-conformities, gaps, and the evolution of action plans.
- Supervision of access controls, privileges, cryptography, and security.
- Coordinate operational resilience, business continuity, and crisis management tests.
- Validate security tests: pentesting, vulnerability scans, etc.
- Supervise regulatory testing and incident detection controls.
- Prepare regulatory and risk reporting (internal and external).
- Define and monitor metrics (KPI/KRI/RAS).
- Support management in decision-making based on IT risks.
