Accounting and Reporting Manager - Roca del Valles requires:

Previous experience in audit or controlling positions.
4 to 6 years of experience.
Advanced knowledge of Excel.
Mastery of the General Accounting Plan.
Valuable knowledge of IFRS/IFRS.
Knowledge of corporate taxation.

Languages

The role

We are looking for an Accounting and Reporting Manager - Roca del Valles, who will report directly to the group's Financial Manager. Permanent contract. 1 day of Home Office. Fixed salary plus variable compensation.

What you'll do

Accounting and Reporting Manager - Roca del Valles will be in charge of:

Supervise and coordinate the company's complete accounting cycle. Prepare journal entries.
Ensure the correct recording of all financial operations in accordance with current accounting regulations.
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
Ensure the integrity and quality of financial data.
Coordinate the preparation of external and internal audits.
Collaborate in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Identify financial risks and propose corrective measures.
Lead projects to optimize accounting and financial processes.
Cost control of the different production plants and reporting to headquarters.
Analyze deviations between budget, forecast, and actual results.
Prepare financial reports for the parent company, shareholders, or regulatory entities.
Promote the automation and continuous improvement of reporting processes.
Management of a team of 2 people (AP, AR, and accounting)
