What you'll do

What will your day-to-day look like?

You will learn Workday technology and become certified in it.

Workday technology is an enterprise cloud platform that unifies Human Resources (HR), Finance, and Planning management into a single system, using artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning to automate processes, offer real-time analytics, and improve the employee experience; unlike traditional ERP systems, it is more agile and designed for the cloud environment.

Our team of experienced and certified consultants acts as a trusted functional and technical advisor (integrations and data migration) for various clients. They accompany them in the transition from their legacy human resources management system to Workday, conveying the confidence they need for the change through a robust working methodology based on experience. Ultimately, it is about adding value through our differential knowledge and helping the client achieve their business objectives.
