From the Transactions team at Deloitte, we are looking for Analysts to join us in September 2027 at our Barcelona offices. We are a team of more than 700 professionals helping to make decisions during a company's important moments, both in growth and in crisis situations, supporting our clients throughout the entire process from a financial angle.

You will have the opportunity to join one of the following teams that are part of Transactions:

• Debt Advisory & Value Creation Services: we offer comprehensive financial advisory services, both in crisis situations and in the pursuit of value generation in companies, with a focus on identifying measures that improve EBITDA and optimize cash generation.
• Corporate Finance: we provide advisory in the origination, structuring, execution, and coordination of any corporate process.
• Transaction Services: we facilitate decision-making within the framework of a transaction, preparing information memorandums in sale processes, post-transaction services, and business plan reviews.
• Valuation & Modelling: we help in the decision-making process by carrying out financial analyses of investments and divestments, asset and business valuations, and the preparation of econometric models and analytics that respond to client needs.
• Treasury Advisory: an area specialized in advisory on financial instruments and capital markets, providing advisory services in the structuring and execution of financial derivatives, the issuance of fixed income instruments, as well as corporate treasury within global financing schemes.
• Real Estate: we provide multidisciplinary advisory throughout the entire real estate cycle, including feasibility analysis, investment, land management, development and construction, asset management, and divestment.
• Infrastructure & Capital Projects: we provide comprehensive and/or continuous services regarding infrastructure and public utility project-contracts.
