Role: Senior BPM Consultant (BAMOE - Rule Engine & Integrations)

🚀 What is the challenge?

You will be part of digital transformation projects in large organizations, designing and implementing decision and process automation solutions based on BPM technologies such as BAMOE and rule engines (Drools).

You will help our clients build advanced decisioning solutions, integrating rule engines with enterprise applications, in modern environments based on hybrid and cloud architectures (Kubernetes / OpenShift).

You will participate in:

• Design and implementation of business rules and workflows in BAMOE
• Integration with backend services (Spring Boot / Java)
• Deployment of solutions in cloud-native environments
• Collaboration with functional teams to translate business logic into executable rules

All within initiatives focused on process optimization and customer experience in financial environments, including use cases in complex processes such as the mortgage sector.

🧠 How do we envision you?

• Experience of +5 years in BPM technologies and Rule Engines, especially BAMOE, Drools, jBPM, Kogito or similar
• Knowledge in designing business rules and automated decision systems
• Experience developing with Java / Spring Boot
• Familiarity with KIE concepts (KIE base, KIE sessions) and declarative rule syntax
• Experience in system integration via REST APIs and backend services
• Knowledge of deployments in Kubernetes or OpenShift environments
• Experience working with version control tools (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to collaborate with the business and translate requirements into executable technical logic

🚀 ¿Cuál es el reto?

Formarás parte de proyectos de transformación digital en grandes organizaciones, diseñando e implantando soluciones de automatización de decisiones y procesos basadas en tecnologías BPM como BAMOE y motores de reglas (Drools).

Ayudarás a nuestros clientes a construir soluciones de decisioning avanzado, integrando motores de reglas con aplicaciones empresariales, en entornos modernos sobre arquitecturas híbridas y cloud (Kubernetes / OpenShift).

Participarás en:

• Diseño e implementación de reglas de negocio y workflows en BAMOE
• Integración con servicios backend (Spring Boot / Java)
• Despliegue de soluciones en entornos cloud native
• Colaboración con equipos funcionales para traducir lógica de negocio en reglas ejecutables

Todo ello dentro de iniciativas orientadas a la optimización de procesos y experiencia de cliente en entornos financieros, incluyendo casos de uso en procesos complejos como el ámbito hipotecario.

🧠 ¿Cómo te imaginamos?

• Experiencia de +5 años en tecnologías BPM y Rule Engines, especialmente BAMOE, Drools, jBPM, Kogito o similares
• Conocimiento en diseño de reglas de negocio y sistemas de decisión automatizada
• Experiencia en desarrollo con Java / Spring Boot
• Familiaridad con conceptos de KIE (KIE base, KIE sessions) y sintaxis declarativa de reglas
• Experiencia en integración de sistemas mediante APIs REST y servicios backend
• Conocimiento de despliegues en entornos Kubernetes u OpenShift
• Experiencia trabajando con herramientas de versionado (Git) y pipelines CI/CD
• Capacidad para colaborar con negocio y traducir requerimientos en lógica técnica ejecutable
