What we're looking for
A bilingual level of Spanish and English is essential, with the ability to lead meetings, manage international stakeholders, and communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive profiles.
Nice to have
Knowledge of the energy sector, especially in renewable energies, asset management, operations and maintenance (O&M), and associated financial processes, will be positively valued, although it will not be an essential requirement. What you'll do
We are looking for a senior profile with experience in the implementation, industrialization, and scaling of Artificial Intelligence solutions, especially generative AI and agentic systems, capable of leading the end-to-end deployment of use cases, from their functional definition to their production launch and subsequent scaling. You will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams from business, Data & AI, engineering, architecture, and cybersecurity, ensuring the alignment of solutions with business objectives, technological architecture, and corporate standards. You must have experience in AI project management, agile methodologies, vendor coordination, industrialization of solutions (MLOps/LLMOps), dependency and risk management, as well as the definition and monitoring of KPIs for adoption, performance, and value generation.
