The role

Can you imagine taking part in the transformation of leading national and international organizations?

At Deloitte, we are committed to making an impact on society, our clients, and our people.

You will monitor external cyber risk and exposure signals to support vulnerability management and third‑party risk workflows. You will analyse rating changes from security rating platforms, validate observations with supporting evidence, prioritise issues using predefined criteria, and prepare concise reports and dashboards that enable timely remediation and informed risk decisions.

The team Deloitte Technology works at the forefront of technology and security to protect and enable the firm globally. We operate in a collaborative, multi‑disciplinary environment focused on continuous improvement, strong governance and cross‑functional impact.

Key responsibilities

  • Monitor and review third‑party and exposure ratings across approved platforms (e.g., BitSight, SecurityScorecard, RiskRecon); detect significant rating changes and emerging trends.
  • Perform initial analysis to identify drivers of rating changes (misconfigurations, exposed services, security hygiene gaps) and validate findings with supporting evidence (scan outputs, platform indicators, public data).
  • Triage and prioritise assets or vendors using predefined risk criteria; escalate anomalies or high‑risk items to senior analysts and remediation teams.
  • Prepare standardised reports, dashboards and exposure summaries that highlight trends, notable incidents and remediation progress for stakeholders.
  • Support intake, tracking and follow‑up of remediation activities as part of third‑party risk workflows; ensure accurate status updates and documentation.
  • Maintain playbooks, operating procedures and runbooks; respond to time‑sensitive requests following established escalation paths and governance.
  • Serve as an operational point of contact for assigned tasks, coordinating with regional and global team members to ensure consistent service delivery.

What we're looking for

  • Foundational understanding of cybersecurity concepts, attack surface, vulnerabilities and exposure indicators.
  • Familiarity with cyber risk‑rating platforms and how ratings reflect security posture and hygiene.
  • Experience using vulnerability scanners, exposure monitoring tools or security dashboards at a user/analyst level.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures and playbooks.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to summarise technical findings for non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and meet defined timelines.
